What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, organisation and message you provide. We do not collect special category data, and we do not ask for payment details on this site.
Why we use it
We use the information solely to respond to your enquiry and to continue that conversation if it develops into a commercial discussion. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Cookies and third parties
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. One local storage entry records your cookie choice so that we do not ask again. Video and map content is embedded from YouTube and Google Maps, and neither loads until you choose to load it. If you do, those providers may set their own cookies under their own terms.
Where your data goes
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, which hosts this website, and are delivered to us by email. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for [retention period to be confirmed] and then deleted, unless it forms part of a live commercial relationship.
Your rights
